You're gonna need:
- 9 ounces of bitter chocolate
- 9 ounces of unsalted butter
- 3 eggs
- 9 ounces of sugar
- 9 ounches of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
First thing's first: pre-heat the oven. Turn it on at a medium/high temperature right before starting with the preparation.
1- Heat up in a pot the butter and the chocolate, continuously stirring so it won't burn, until it's fully melted.
2- Pour the butter and chocolate melt into a bowl and add the flour, cooking powder, sugar, and eggs.
3- Mix everything well.
4- Butter a pan, add the mixture.
5- Place in the pre-heated oven, for 8-10 minutes at a medium-high temperature.
6- Lower the heat of the oven to a low temperature, leave the brownies for aprox. another 10 minutes, or until you noticed they've finished baking.
7- Let them cool down til they're just barely warm. Remove them from the pan, cut them in squares of the size you prefer and let them finish cooling.
For the frosting:
- 2 ounces (60 grams) of chocolate
- 1 ounce (30 grams) of butter
1- Heat up in a pot, continuously stirring so it won't burn, the chocolate and the butter.
(I added equal amount of both things so that´s why it turned out with such a runny consistency. Using half butter solved that issue).
